Dave is a great admirer of the simplicity, speed and logic of tilt-up construction. He oversees the construction of the company’s tilt-up projects and ensures that both deadlines and budgets are met.
Len is passionate and knowledgeable about tilt-up construction. He works closely with prospective customers to assist with project quoting, design and construction solutions.
Shawn’s tilt up experience surpasses three decades and six countries. His ability to match owners’ expectations with a better building solution is evident in the types of projects and ground breaking techniques he has assembled.
Roger oversees all tender requests and heads our Estimating Group assisting and providing clients with constructive ideas, accurate estimates and take offs.
Jamal is responsible for leading the project turnover from Estimating to Operations and ensuring that the project budgets are developed from the estimate and information is delivered to the project construction staff promptly.
Scott brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles. He oversees and guides our financial operations, while also advising on business growth, performance management, and strategic direction
Jelle ensures every Tilt Wall project runs smoothly from start to finish. His practical approach, attention to detail, and commitment to teamwork help deliver successful results on every build.
Lisa is responsible for all office procedures, accounting functions and project co-ordination, utilizing her organizational skills to ensure smooth, consistent operations in a busy work environment.
Nicole oversees marketing campaigns, social media management, and website updates, ensuring effective digital presence and engagement strategies.
Zach is responsible for overseeing many aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation under the guidance of our Project Manager.
Adrianna supports marketing campaigns, assists with social media management, and helps with website updates, contributing to the maintenance of a strong digital presence.
