Project Details
This is a multi-tenant commercial and light industrial space that uses three unique tilt-up solutions. The first tenant (Tilt Wall Ontario Inc.) used a concrete wall with a leading edge pushed beyond the building footprint. Formliners were used on the side and rear elevations.
The second tenant requested a more traditional facade treatment, which was showcased with a varied response of masonry veneer. The third tenant space uses a facade that employs the use of suspended “keystone” panels.
Even the main building sign pylon was built using tilt-up construction. This structure sits proud as a “jewel” for better construction possibilities in a neighbourhood growing with steel-framed complexes.
