Project Details
The 352 Griffin Way project is a cutting-edge warehouse and distribution facility in Woodstock, Ontario, set for completion in 2025. The building features a 58,983 sq. ft. footprint, with 36,304 sq. ft. of insulated panels and 7,530 sq. ft. of non-insulated panels, combining durability, efficient insulation, and functional design to meet modern warehousing standards.
A total of 55 tilt-up panels were lifted over two weeks, demonstrating careful planning and teamwork throughout the process. The project set new company benchmarks with two record-breaking panels: the largest panel, measuring 2,228.59 sq. ft. (37’9″ tall), and the thickest panel, at 25.5″, both surpassing all previous tilt-wall records for the company.
