Project Details
The East Elgin Concrete Warehouse (EECF Warehouse) is located at 2 Elm Street in Tillsonburg, Ontario. Tilt Wall Ontario is currently in the process of forming and pouring panels. Designed as a standard warehouse with a total building area of 30,000 square feet, the structure will feature 25 tilt-up concrete panels. Among these, the tallest panel will stand 28 feet, and the heaviest will weigh over 73,000 lbs. With a balanced mix of insulated and non-insulated panels and a total panel gross area of over 17,000 sq ft, this facility reflects efficiency, strength, and thoughtful engineering. The lifting process was completed in just three days, and the building was fully enclosed within two weeks, showcasing the speed and precision of tilt-up construction.
