Lakeland Developments Warehousing
Project Details
The 13,600-square-foot Lakeland Developments Warehousing Project was built in 2019 to expand the business’s current space, offering prime leasing space in the growing city of Barrie.
Like many developments, overall construction costs were a major factor, so the client was looking for an option that helped to reduce their upfront costs. The building owners also wanted to operate the space more efficiently, with lower energy demands and increased durability.
Tilt Wall was chosen primarily for its cost effectiveness, and began construction of the 19 fully insulated panels on September 9, 2019. They were erected in just eight hours over the course of October 7–8. The result is a durable and well-insulated space that will suit any of the future tenants.
