Macalpine
Project Details
The Macalpine residence is a Jan Veek Concrete Home that highlights precision craftsmanship and effective coordination on a challenging build site near the lake. Construction began in June of 2025, with Tilt-Wall’s team successfully managing the tight, remote location and lifting the concrete panels into place by August. The project progressed smoothly through the final stages, including painting, plumbing, and electrical work, and was fully completed by the end of October 2025.
Despite the site’s logistical challenges, tilt-up construction allowed for a durable, energy-efficient, and architecturally striking home to come together on schedule. The result is a modern lakefront residence that combines strength, sustainability, and thoughtful design.
