Royal Windsor
Project Details
Completed in 2025, this warehousing and distribution facility in Mississauga, Ontario, was developed for Royal Windsor Group and designed by Ware Malcomb, with structural engineering by Gravity Engineering. The project showcases efficient tilt-wall construction to deliver a durable and high-performance industrial building envelope.
The building features 97 tilt-up concrete panels totalling 98,075 square feet, with the tallest panel reaching 46 feet and the largest panel spanning 29 feet. The heaviest panel weighed 189,107 pounds, highlighting the scale and structural capacity required for the project.
To support energy efficiency and building performance, 96,852 square feet of insulated panels were incorporated, along with 1,223 square feet of non-insulated panels where appropriate. The result is a robust industrial facility designed to meet modern warehousing and distribution demands while maintaining long-term durability and operational efficiency.
