Located at 2124 Oxford Street E. in London. Project Steris exemplifies the power of Tilt-Up construction for warehousing and distribution. With 38 panels across a 30,200 Sq Ft footprint, the project was completed with remarkable speed and precision.

The heaviest wall weighed 88,360 lbs, while the largest panel measured 778 Sq Ft, the widest panel stretched 26 ft 8 in., and the tallest panel stood at 29 ft 2 in.. A total of 18,700 Sq Ft of panels were used, demonstrating the scale and complexity of the structure.

This project was led by Dancor Construction as the general contractor, with architectural design by Architectural Design Inc. and engineering oversight by Tacoma Engineers. The tilt-up engineering was expertly handled by Krahn Group of Companies.

A key feature of the project was the use of Lafarge’s ECOPACT concrete. A sustainable mix that combines durability with environmentally friendly benefits. Further enhancing the project’s green credentials.

Thanks to the efficiency of Tilt-Up construction, we completed the lifting and steel erection ahead of schedule. Ensuring the project moved forward smoothly and on time.
