Featuring a total panel area of 3,770 sq ft, including 1,160 sq ft of insulated panels, the facility ensures both comfort and energy efficiency. With 19 panels in total, the largest stretching 660 sq ft, it presents a seamless, sturdy structure. The incorporation of formliner features further enhances its visual appeal while preserving functionality.
The primary objective of this project was to create an exceptionally durable restroom, thereby minimizing long-term maintenance costs. Through the comprehensive use of tilt-up construction, the team has achieved this goal, delivering a facility that stands as a testament to resilience and practicality in public infrastructure.
