In progress at 15 Pearson St in Kitchener, Ontario, is a cutting-edge tilt-up medical building. Scheduled for completion in 2023, this project by WalterFedy features 31 panels, the tallest reaching 28 feet and 2 inches. The largest panel spans 1,263 square feet. With 18,900 square feet of insulated panels and 7,000 square feet of non-insulated ones, it’s designed for energy efficiency. Once finished with a sleek coat of paint, it will be a standout addition to the cityscape.
